An industrial complex that provides energy-efficient wall modules to construction sites in Ukraine and Europe.
The plant has received a certificate of conformity of production control for the Royal House™ wall module, which complies with the harmonized European standard EN 14992:2007+A1:2012.
THE CAPACITY OF THE ROYAL ENGINEERING PLANT IS 140,000 m² OF HOUSING PER YEAR
High production standards are thoroughly checked and maintained daily in our own laboratory and by the technical quality control department.
Royal House Faccades types
Houses are being built from Royal House ™ patented energy-saving wall modules, which are manufactured at our own factory in the Kiev region.
The steen modulus is summed up with:
- Reinforced concrete wall slab up to 11000 mm long * up to 3120 mm high * 160 mm thick.
- Insulation system: reinforced polystyrene foam and mineral wool.
- REHAU ™ Euro-Design 70 metal-plastic energy-saving windows (Germany).
- Facade finishing systems: decorative and architectural elements, clinker, facade plaster.
- Architectural kit: decorative function and slab sealing.
Certificates and patents
EN 14992: 2007 + А1: 2012
The Royal Engineering plant, which is part of the Royal House group of companies, has passed a supervisory audit by the notified body TZUS Praha, s.p. Notified Body 1020 and received the Certificate of Conformity of the wall module of TM "Royal House" - harmonized European standards EN 14992: 2007 + A1: 2012. Group of companies "Royal House" was the first Ukrainian company to certify the production of reinforced concrete structures (modules) in accordance with norms and standards EU.
