The company began the construction of a cottage village of 10 houses with a total area of 3000 sq. m.

A proprietary technology of Royal House was granted a patent. High demand for it and its proven quality became grounds for a decision to invest in the construction of Royal House’s own plant in the Kyiv region.

The construction of the first apartment building with the use of Royal House’s wall modules started in Kyiv in the same year.

Royal House’s technologies and innovations became the basis for a large-scale project of residential construction with a total area of 50 000 sq. m. "British Quarter" Residential complex is a gated residential complex with its own infrastructure. It became the first development project of Royal House.

The first delivery of the Royal House energy-efficient wall modules to Slovakia was made. A year later, the first delivery of the Royal House wall modules to Austria was made.

A new stage of the company’s development began – the construction of a large-scale residential complex "New England" in Kyiv. 14 houses built in the English Neoclassicism style are located on 9 hectares. As of the beginning of 2022, 8 houses are put into operation.

Europe. In August 2021, in Slovakia, there was a solemn opening of a new social housing project within the framework of the development program of the Kelemantia Roman and Ethnographic Museum. Ready-made wall modules of Royal House™ (Ukraine) were used to construct this object.
