The multipurpose wall module production plant was built in the Kyiv region in 2012.
The capacity of the plant is 140 000 sq. meters of housing per year.
The plant operates following the flow production method. Skilled specialists keep track of every operation at the plant. The quality control department thoroughly checks all the products.

The company certified the production of load-bearing concrete structures (modules) in accordance with the EU norms and standards. It’s important to note that "Royal House" is the first Ukrainian developer that received the CE certificate, which confirms the compliance of specifications and composition of "Royal House"’s wall modules with the standards and legislative documents of the European Union.
