About the plant
"Royal House" manufacturing and logistics complex
The Royal House plant is a modern industrial complex, which provides Ukrainian and European construction sites with energy-efficient wall modules.
The company patented its technology for the production of wall modules and invested in its production in the Kyiv region in 2012. At the moment, the capacity of the plant is 140 000 sq. meters of housing per year.
Structural divisions of the plant are the following:
- Research & development department. A team of highly qualified engineers of Royal House introduces innovative solutions for the construction of prefabricated multistory houses.
- Production quality control department. This is a special department, which ensures compliance with high standards at every stage of the production of the Royal House wall modules.
- Manufacturing workshops. Here, the Royal House professionals produce concrete wall panels, plastic windows, expanded polystyrene, architectural and decorative elements, and other elements of wall modules.
- The Royal House wall module assembly department. These are flow production experts, who assemble all wall module elements in the end product.
- Logistics department. This is a team of specialists, who arrange for on-time delivery of wall modules with an energy-efficient thermal insulation system to construction sites.

Energy-efficient wall modules
The company certified the production of load-bearing concrete structures (modules) in accordance with the EU norms and standards. It’s important to note that "Royal House" is the first Ukrainian developer that received the CE certificate, which confirms the compliance of specifications and composition of "Royal House"’s wall modules with the standards and legislative documents of the European Union.

Houses are being built from Royal House ™ patented energy-saving wall modules, which are manufactured at our own factory in the Kiev region.
The steen modulus is summed up with:
- Reinforced concrete wall slab up to 11000 mm long * up to 3120 mm high * 160 mm thick.
- Insulation system: reinforced polystyrene foam and mineral wool.
- REHAU ™ Euro-Design 70 metal-plastic energy-saving windows (Germany).
- Facade finishing systems: decorative and architectural elements, clinker, facade plaster.
- Architectural kit: decorative function and slab sealing.
Precast-monolithic technology advantages
- With the use of prefab wall modules, the construction cost is 25-35% lower than with the cast-frame technology
