Building A-011 of the Park Royal residential complex, located in the city of Bucha, has been officially commissioned. The relevant Certificate No. IY123251228483 was issued by the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine on January 9, 2026.
The building comprises 222 apartments offering a variety of layouts, ranging from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. All apartments are equipped with technical provisions for air conditioner installation. The building’s heating system is powered by an autonomous gas boiler house.
Special attention in the project has been given to residents’ safety. The building is equipped with a shelter designed for long-term occupancy and fully fitted with all necessary facilities, including a kitchen, a mother-and-child room, restrooms, showers, a medical room, dedicated relaxation areas, containers with drinking water reserves, and a storage room for food supplies.
The shelter has two separate entrances/exits with heavy-duty metal doors made of non-combustible materials capable of withstanding blast waves. It is equipped with autonomous ventilation, water supply, wastewater, and heating systems. With a total area exceeding 1,200 square meters, the shelter can accommodate up to 2,051 people. All entrances and exits are also adapted for persons with limited mobility.
At the same time, large-scale construction of infrastructure facilities is underway within the complex. In particular, the Royal Mall shopping center, a large chain supermarket, a parking area with fast electric vehicle charging stations, and the Water Plaza — set to become the central promenade attraction of the complex — are currently under construction. The opening of several facilities is scheduled as early as this spring.

The Park Royal residential complex is located next to a pine forest. The total land area of the project is 25 hectares, of which 4 hectares are designated for a private recreational park zone. The project envisions 23 buildings of varying heights ranging from 7 to 16 floors, as well as three types of parking facilities: surface, underground, and guest parking.
