We congratulate the investors of the Oxford residential complex on another important milestone!
Today, on November 12, 2025, the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine officially commissioned Building A-3 and part of the parking facility within the first phase of the complex.
Thus, within just 1.5 years, the first phase of the Oxford residential complex has been fully completed and officially put into operation, once again confirming the fast construction timelines delivered by Royal House.
“We are proud that within a year and a half we completed the first phase of the Oxford residential complex and commissioned all three buildings. This is a landmark achievement for us, once again proving that Royal House delivers fast, high-quality, and reliable construction. We are truly leaders in this field, and our results are the best proof of that. We sincerely thank our entire large team for their tireless work and dedication to our investors. Despite all challenges, we never stop, as we fully understand our responsibility to the people who are waiting for their homes,” the developer’s press service commented.
The buildings of the first phase comprise 80 apartments, each equipped with a gas double-circuit boiler for autonomous heating. Special attention has been paid to residents’ safety: certified shelters have been arranged in Buildings A-1 and A-3, designed to accommodate residents of one and a half buildings. The shelters are fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including rest areas, heating, sanitary facilities, a kitchen area, and even laundry facilities.
The Oxford residential complex is located in the village of Chaiky, just a 15-minute public transport ride from the Zhytomyrska metro station. The complex features a public school, a modern children’s playground, and well-developed infrastructure, creating a comfortable living environment for families.
Royal House continues to follow its construction philosophy — delivering modern, thoughtfully designed, and reliable housing in the shortest possible time.
