Another important milestone in the development of the Oxford Residential Complex has been reached: the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine has issued the certificate confirming the commissioning of Building B-1.
Certificate No. IY123260707395 was issued on July 7, 2026.
This is a significant event not only for the future residents of the building but also for the entire project, as it demonstrates Royal House’s systematic approach to the development of its residential complexes and the fulfillment of its commitments.
“Every building we commission is the result of the coordinated work of a large team and another step toward creating a fully-fledged residential environment. Despite all the challenges, we continue to build, fulfill our commitments to investors, and develop our projects in line with the planned concept,” said the Royal House press service.
Oxford is a modern residential complex in the village of Chaiky, just 15 minutes from Zhytomyrska metro station. The complex combines low-rise architecture, thoughtful design, green public spaces, and its own infrastructure. A public school is already operating on the premises, while children’s and sports playgrounds have been developed. The commercial infrastructure is also continuing to expand, alongside the development of new construction phases.
