At the New England residential complex, the parking facility located between Buildings B-6 “Nottingham” and B-7 “Preston” was officially commissioned on February 18, 2026. The corresponding commissioning certificate is No. IY 123260209165.

The parking structure, situated between Buildings B-6 “Nottingham” and B-7 “Preston,” has become an important part of the complex’s infrastructure.

The total area of the building is 8,800 sq m, with 277 parking spaces. The facility has been designed with residents’ needs in mind, featuring convenient access points, well-organized traffic flow, and safe conditions for vehicle storage.

The commissioning of the parking facility marks the completion of the entire New England residential complex project. All construction phases—comprising 14 buildings—have been successfully delivered in line with the original concept.
