With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the reconstruction of the country is of particular importance. And for Ukraine to return to normal life as soon as possible, it is necessary not only to defeat the aggressor, but also to restore the economy and rebuild the destroyed housing.
A quick solution to rebuild housing was found by the Kyiv-based developer Royal House. The company has recently launched its new project, the Oxford residential complex, which is being built in the village of Chaiky, Kyiv region.
The construction of the complex involves advanced technologies, including patented wall modules of TM Royal House, which will allow the construction of the complex in the shortest possible time while maintaining high standards of construction quality.
The residential complex will have nine floors, where the construction of one building with exterior decoration and installed windows will take only six months.
Thus, the erection of one floor in Oxford takes about four to five days, which significantly reduces the overall construction time. Thanks to such technologies, Oxford will become a model of fast and high-quality construction in Ukraine.
Favorable location
Oxford Residential Complex is located in a quiet suburb - an ideal place for those who appreciate the proximity to the city infrastructure and at the same time want to live in a quiet and cozy place, feeling peaceful amidst the noise.
The complex has convenient access to Zhytomyr highway, Ring Road and Beresteyskyi Avenue. It will take up to 30 minutes to get to the center of Kyiv by car, and the nearest Akademistechko metro station can be reached by public transport in 25 minutes or by car in 10 minutes.
A new state school of I-III levels is being built within the complex.
Design. Architecture. Security.
The complex harmoniously combines modern English classics with coziness and modern traditions of comfortable living.
The residential complex will be nine-storey, so due to its low building density, the complex will create the impression of a small town in the heart of good old England.
The general construction plan has a total area of 14 hectares, where more than 4 thousand families will be able to buy an apartment. The complex is being built on the basis of quarterly construction, each quarter will have its own unique name.
Taking care of the safety of residents, the first quarter building will have a modern bomb shelter, closed courtyards and a ground parking lot for 2500 cars.
Cozy leisure activities
Oxford will create a safe space for young residents to explore the endless world of fantastic adventures, where they can make friends, ride a swing, and go down a slide.
And adults will have a multifunctional sports ground with equipped cycling and jogging tracks.
Modern construction technologies
The Oxford residential complex is a project of the Royal House group of companies. The company is known in Ukraine and Europe for having its own construction technology - patented TM Royal House wall modules.
They consist of a load-bearing reinforced concrete wall slab, an insulation system (mineral wool), and clinker tile facade finish. The modules arrive at the construction site with energy- efficient windows installed. Royal House wall modules are manufactured, insulated and finished at our own factory in Kyiv region, where each stage of production is subject to quality control.
Without exaggeration, Oxford residential complex is a good example of rapid construction with the use of the patented wall modules by Royal House TM. The construction of the complex began in early May and as of the beginning of July this year, 8 floors have already been built here and the 9th floor of the house has been started!
In addition to warm and comfortable housing built in a short time, Ukrainians receive housing at a reasonable price.
