“Our residential complex has a modern shelter, which is very important. My children will be safe. They have been through a lot, fleeing from shelling. They are very afraid of alarms, so we even gave up our apartment on the 9th floor. We chose a lower floor," Lilia concluded.

Another complex, Park Royal, which offers a 5-year payment plan, is located in Bucha. This is the largest suburban project, construction of which began in 2024. It will occupy 25 hectares, on which 24 buildings ranging from 9 to 16 stories high will be built. The location is convenient: shops, shopping centres, supermarkets and a school are nearby.
The developer plans to commission the first building this year.
