It is always nice to talk about the conclusions, especially when the past year was rich and fruitful.

We are ready to share with you our successes and achievements, as well as plans for the future.

2021 became a jubilee for the New England Residential Complex - we celebrated 5 years since the day when the fairy-tale world of aristocratic England became a little closer to the modern capital of Ukraine. In 5 years, we have completed half of the planned path to a large-scale project called the City of New England.

To date, 7 of the 14 houses have been commissioned, more than 300 satisfied investors have received the keys to their apartment. And we, in turn, have a huge motivation to move forward and improve in creating a qualitatively new space for a comfortable life. After all, we always hear our residents and do not ignore their wishes and comments.

The past year was marked for us by the start of sales of three houses: Lincoln, Windsor and Nottingham. We opened a 13-meter art installation of Big Ben and a fountain alley. We pleased our little residents with the opening of two large playgrounds.

Recognition of our residential complex as the "Most Comfortable Space to Live" in the IBuild 2021 Award is another motivation for us to create spaces where residents will feel safe, comfortable and happy.

We still have a lot of interesting things in the plans, because we are trying to do everything to allow 9 hectares of the town to allow each of our residents to find classes for females.

After all, in the new 2022 it is planned to start sales of the last house in the residential complex "New England" - "Preston", the opening of a sports yard for residents with a treadmill, multifunctional sports field, professional exercise machines and yoga area. There are also plans to open a new free child space: while children play on the playgrounds, adults can relax or work in the fresh air free child space, where there will be a free Wi-Fi zone, comfortable tables and comfortable benches, a soothing area with a fountain for relaxation.

We are also happy to share the incredible news - Royal House is planning to launch a new large LCD.

It is also important to remember the past year with events from Europe. After all, Royal House wall modules are also supplied to Europe, namely to Slovakia. There, in August 2021, the grand opening of the 3rd social housing project, built from ready-made wall modules of Royal House. In Europe, modular construction is quite common in construction and is highly efficient and in demand. And we are glad that the Ukrainian Royal House technology is used for the construction of residential and social facilities in Europe.
