Developer Royal House once again holds one of the leading positions in the ranking of the most dynamic developers in Kyiv.

According to the ranking, in 2025 the company commissioned 1,020 apartments, which allowed Royal House to take 5th place among developers in Kyiv and the Kyiv region by the number of completed housing units.
