On December 11, the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine awarded the best representatives of the construction industry with the UKRANIAN SPECIAL BUILDING AWARDS IBUILD 2023.

This year, Royal House won in the following nominations: “Developer of the Year 2023” and ‘Opening of the Year 2023’ with the new project of the Park Royal residential complex in Bucha.

“Recognition of the developer and projects at the IBUILD professional awards of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine once again proves the professionalism of the team. However, this year's IBUILD 2023 award is special for us, as we received two nominations at once: the first is “Developer of the Year 2023”. Royal House was the first to resume construction after the full-scale invasion in 2022 and during 2022 and 2023 we built and commissioned 2 houses and 2 stages of underground parking in the New England residential complex. Despite the war, 2023 became a year of progress for Royal House, inspired by the support of a team that is ready to work and support each other. During the blackouts, the company continued construction, as it understands its responsibility to investors and customers who are waiting for their apartments. There are many of them who lost their homes because of the war and are looking forward to a new home in New England, so we had no right to stop construction.

Our second nomination is “Opening of the Year 2023” with the new project of the Park Royal residential complex in Bucha. Royal House is strengthening its position in the market and for the first time enters the Kyiv region with a construction project.

“The nomination ‘Opening of the Year 2023’ emphasizes the distinctiveness of our new residential complex Park Royal. It will be a real architectural gem in the Kyiv region,” said Oleksiy Bilokon, Commercial Director of Royal House.

Company profile. Park Royal is a modern residential complex in Bucha with an area of 25 hectares, where 23 houses of variable number of storeys will be built. The complex is located near Bucha and Vorzel parks, with convenient transport connection and a public transport stop nearby. The central promenade of the complex is its main artery and the center of attraction for future residents, and everything necessary for comfort will be within walking distance. Modern civil defense shelters have also been designed. The developer will soon announce the start of sales.
