In a ranking of Kyiv developers published by the Minfin, Royal House was listed among the companies that successfully increased the volume of residential properties commissioned in 2025, securing a place in the capital’s top six developers.

For us, this result affirms the resilience and consistency of our operations, even amid challenging market conditions. Despite the pressures of wartime, we continue to deliver our projects and meet our commitments to investors.

In 2026, we plan to maintain this momentum by commissioning new residential buildings. Investors who have already chosen our projects can remain confident in our adherence to construction timelines and the declared quality standards of our housing.

Construction activity is currently progressing at full pace across all our sites. In the near term, we are preparing to commission the first building of the second phase in Oxford Residential Complex. Additionally, this summer we plan to complete another building in Park Royal Residential Complex, located in Bucha.

At the same time, we are expanding the infrastructure of our residential communities. In particular, construction has begun on a new shopping centre within our residential development in Bucha, which will become a vibrant hub for services, retail, and leisure for residents.
