The sixth phase of the underground parking lot (the fourth commissioning phase) at the NEW ENGLAND residential complex, developed by Royal House, has been put into operation

On November 29, 2024, a Certificate of Commissioning was received for a section of the underground parking in the NEW ENGLAND residential complex, specifically between the "Lincoln" (B-5) and "Windsor" (A-6) buildings, covering a total area of 7,620 sq.m.

To recap, the parking in NEW ENGLAND are connected to residential floors by elevators, equipped with fire suppression systems, and have electricity.

We congratulate the investors and residents of the complex on this joyful event.
