OUR HISTORY

2004

Royal House began its operations in 2004 with the construction of individual cottages

2006-2008

The company began the construction of a cottage town consisting of 10 houses with a total area of 3,000 m².

2012

The proprietary technology of Royal House receives a patent. Its high demand and proven quality led to the decision to invest in the construction of the company's own plant in the Kyiv region. In the same year, construction of the first apartment building using Royal House wall modules began in Kyiv.

2013-2015

Royal House technologies and developments became the foundation for a large-scale residential construction project totaling 50,000 m². British Quarter, a closed-type residential complex with its own infrastructure, became Royal House's first development project.

2018

The first delivery of energy-efficient Royal House wall modules was made to Slovakia. A year later, the first delivery of wall modules to Austria took place.

2015-2021

A new stage of the company's growth is the construction of a large-scale residential complex “New England” in Kyiv. The 9-hectare territory will accommodate 14 houses in the English neoclassical architectural style. As of the beginning of 2022, 8 buildings were commissioned.

2021

Europe. In August 2021, a new socio-residential project was officially opened in Slovakia as part of the development program of the Roman Ethnographic Museum of Kelemanthia. This facility was built of prefabricated wall modules by Royal House™ (Ukraine).

2023

Launch of the construction of Park Royal residential complex with a total construction area of 350 thousand m2. For the first time, the complex design included a 4-hectare private recreational park area. The residential complex consists of 23 buildings of varying heights.

2024

The construction of the Oxford residential complex with a total construction area of 200 thousand m2 has been launched. The complex is being built in the style of modern classics, which is the hallmark of Royal House projects. Upon completion, the residential complex will consist of 16 nine-storey buildings.
